Owner/GM/L-3 Trainer

Brandon Watson

Brandon is Owner and General Manager of CrossFit Heath. Brandon grew up in Rockwall and started his CrossFit career in 2012. After starting CrossFit and falling in love with the methodology and community that CrossFit brought, he obtained his Level-1 CrossFit Trainer certificate. Since then he has achieved his Level-2 and Level-3 certificates as well as his Level-1 and Level-2 olympic lifting certifications. Brandon also holds a Level-1 gymnastics certification.

Paul Torres

Paul is an owner and Level-2 Trainer at CrossFit Heath.
