CrossFit Classes

CrossFit classes combine key methodologies including diet, metabolic conditioning, gymnastics, weightlifting, and sport to build overall fitness. Each 60-minute, coach-led session is scalable to all levels and constantly varied to keep workouts engaging. You’ll be guided through warm-ups, instruction, and supervised movements that emphasize core functional patterns like lifting, throwing, and gymnastics.
